SERVICE DETAIL

What This Service Covers

What We Clean

Storefront glass and entrance doors, the panes your customers walk past and through. Office windows inside and out, including internal partition glass. Frames, sills and tracks, included as part of the service rather than treated as an extra. Glass doors and vestibules, with fingerprints and door pushes removed properly. Skylights and atrium glass where safely accessible. Post-construction glass, including paint, adhesive residue, plaster dust and stickers.

How Often Window Cleaning Is Needed

Retail and storefront glass usually needs attention every two to four weeks. Professional offices run monthly to quarterly. Medical and dental clinics tend to be monthly. Restaurants and food service need weekly or fortnightly. Churches are usually quarterly, plus a clean before major events.

Buildings on busy roads, near construction, or with heavy foot traffic at the entrance need more frequent service than those figures suggest. We tell you what your building actually needs at the quote rather than selling you a frequency you do not require.

What Separates a Good Job From a Poor One

Look at the frame, not the pane. Anyone can wipe glass. The work lives in the frames, sills and tracks, and a crew in a hurry skips all three because nobody checks them.

Look at the corners of the pane, where a rushed squeegee leaves an arc. Then look at the glass an hour later once it has dried, because spotting from hard water only shows after evaporation.

That last point is why exterior work is done with purified water. Ordinary tap water carries dissolved minerals that stay behind as the glass dries, which is why a window can look perfect when the crew leaves and poor by lunchtime.

Scheduled or One-Off

Scheduled service means a set frequency, the same crew and a monthly invoice. Most commercial clients work this way because it stops glass becoming something that only gets done after somebody complains.

One-off cleaning suits a clean before an event, an inspection, a property viewing, or after construction work. No contract needed.

If we already clean your building, window work folds into the existing schedule. One provider, one invoice, one schedule. Many clients combine it with office cleaning or strip and wax floor care. See all our services or request a quote.

Common Questions

How much does commercial window cleaning cost?

It depends on pane count, whether you want interior, exterior or both, the access required and the frequency. Scheduled work costs less per visit than one-off cleans. We quote after seeing the building.

Do you clean inside and out?

Either or both. Many clients have exteriors done more often than interiors, which is usually the sensible split.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes. Early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for commercial work, so we are not cleaning around your customers.

Do you clean frames and sills too?

Yes, included as standard. Frames, sills and tracks are where most of the actual work is.

Do you clean high-rise or upper-floor windows?

We clean windows that can be safely reached with pole systems and appropriate equipment. For buildings needing rope access or a lift, we will tell you honestly at the quote.
